1. Energy & Heavy Machinery
Turbine blades | Coal conveyor scraper plates | Hydraulic pump shafts
2. Food Processing
Meat mincer blades | Bakery oven chains | Sugar crystallization knives
3. Automotive
Fuel injector sleeves | Exhaust system fasteners | EV battery module brackets
4. Construction
Structural bolts in coastal environments | Fire suppression valve bodies
Heat Treatment Protocol:
Annealing: Heat to 840–900°C, slow cool to 600°C (HB 200 max for machining)
Hardening: Oil quench from 980–1.040°C + temper at 150–370°C (adjust for toughness vs. hardness)
Welding Tips:
Preheat to 200–300°C for thick sections | Use ER410 filler for critical joints
Machining:
Employ high-speed steel (HSS) tools with sulfur-free lubricants | Avoid dwell to prevent work hardening
Global Validation of Performance
Siemens Energy: “410 sheets in gas turbine blade mounts survived 50.000+ thermal cycles without deformation.”
JBS Foods: “Meat processing blades retained sharpness for 2x longer than carbon steel alternatives.”
Hyundai Heavy Industries: “Coal boiler baffles showed zero scaling after 5 years in 600°C flue gas.”
